Postnet Caledon Street Somerset West sucks

While I have experienced outstanding service from Postnet Noordheuwel, Postnet Circle Centre Caledon Street -Somerset West is one bunch of lazy Captonian idiots. I phoned on the 21st of December why there was no sms send to the receiver...'oh the documents are not here, they will be here after Christmas'. Online it showed documents were there, so clearly they could not find them (read they had a 'Cape coma', sleeping and don't know when they wake up). On the 27th of December I phoned again, 'no sir, the documents are not here'. Then I phoned today 31 december, they were again lazy to look it up. I phoned Postnet Noordheuwel and they confirm it was there. So I phoned Postnet Somerset West and asked them till what time are you open....'until 5'. At 15h00 the correspondent goes there and guess what, they are closed for the rest of the day. Am sorry, with such a lazy fools am no longer dealing. Now two clients missed their documents + I had to pay for DHL to get the thrid and fourth documents to the Cape. Postnet Somerset West Caledon Street, GO WORK FOR THE SA POST OFFICE as they had only people with this kind of attitude working there.

Postnet Head Office did reply, apologies blablabla. My correspondent is again at the branch and THEY CANNOT FIND the documents again while online it even shows who checked the documents in at Postnet Caledon Street. Three clients did not receive their documents, this meant already a loss of over R1000 for my company. TIME TO FORK UP DAMAGES POSTNET!!!

A mirracle happened, they found it! Am sorry, but this chaotic situation started already on the 21st of December, unacceptable. Three times I had to sent documents with DHL door to door. This is what I will do from now on, much easier and turns out less costly too.
