Postnet Bryanston Mall

I went to Postnet Bryanston Mall and received shocking service from Tefo. I explained to him I lost a phone and don't have a reference number. He rudely responded and told me he OBVIOUSLY needed a reference number. I responded to say I don't think it is obvious and there is no need for such an attitude. He continued. Anyways I called my friend to resend the number. He then wanted to be more assisting but I was already turned off by he's lack of customer service. Rappor goes a long way if you are client facing. Soft s**** training a definite need.
