PostNet Bronkhorstpruit has provided disappointing service. We originally provided dimensions of a package we needed transport and were given a price. Now when the package is taken to the branch, we advised that it cannot be transported because of the size. After we arranged special transport to get to to the branch because there are no couriers in the area.
