Postnet breaches its own terms and conditions for delivery

Parcel handed over from my mother with critical equipment before 8am on 19.01 in East London. Ships out only on 21.01 and told no deliveries weekends, expect it maybe on Monday.

I had to travel to Olivedale branch because no one answered the phones after calling for over 2 hours intermittently to the correct listed number, only to get told the above.

Why the delay in shipping? Why was it held? Why are there no listed issues yet exceeding maximum guaranteed shipping time by 50% minimum? Why so late? Why didn't Olivedale branch answer their phone over hours?

On Monday that makes it 4 working days total.

So now I sit without equipment and stuck unable to work until it arrives despite compensating for arrival at 3 working day max limit as listed between major centres.

Breached their own conditions and advertised delivery times.

Disgusting and unacceptable.
