Postnet Bram Fischer- Terrible service!

As an attorneys firm, we rely on fast and efficient service providers when couriering documentation to our clients and we received the complete opposite from Postnet Bram Fischer.

We couriered a document to a client in California from Postnet Bram Fischer via Global Mail on the 14th of May and to date it has not arrived. Upon following up with the employees in store they were not apologetic nor helpful in assisting us verifying where the documentation is or whether it would ever arrive.
