Postnet Bracken City (Veronica)

Stood close to 10minutes in the queue for the lady (Veronica), to be rude and take her time. She seemed not to be sure what I was asking assistance with and while I filled out a form she took her precious time assisting other customers and she never got back to me. I had to queue again for some time to get assistance from her other colleagues. Service is 0. But some of the staff were a bit friendly.
