Postnet Boskruin - Shocking Service!!

Absolutely appalling service from PostNet Boskruin. I went in to print a poster for an event, and what I got was a complete joke—standard printer paper and colours so faded they looked like they’d been bleached. I then went to PostNet Parkhurst, where the staff were unbelievable. The quality was excellent, the service was friendly, and I was charged exactly the same amount.

When I returned to Boskruin to ask for a refund, I was met with arrogance and hostility. The man behind the counter argued with me nonstop, told me I had “agreed” to the print, and even said, “Show me the policy that gives you a refund.” He added that if he were a lawyer, he wouldn’t give me a cent back. That kind of attitude is disgusting and completely unprofessional.

I won’t be going back there—and I strongly suggest others steer clear too.
