POSTNET BLUFF not responding to calls

There's a parcel that was posted on the 15th April 2025 from the PostNet in Bluff and no update has been made since it was recorded. Tried to call them several times on the number ***, and even went to Postnet Ninapark so they can assist but also they are struggling to get hold of the Bluff branch. This is very much not professional as there's no update and the parcel is needed urgently.
