Postnet Blueberry Square is a ****

So customers pay for express delivery only for the parcel not to arrive the next day a get told that it will only arrive 2 days after the initial arrival date. And on top of that there is no refund, and get told about Aramex which we know nothing about. The normal delivery is R 130 and we had to pay R 435 for express, however the purpose was not served as the parcel was not delivered. Who is pocketing that R300 since we as customers did not benefit? Postnet is ****ming poor customers their hard earned money. They ladies there we rude.
