Postnet blue Valley shocking service to me as their customer

i went to postnet Blue valley on these day 21 September,when i arrived the gentleman informed me that they type CV but i wont be able to collect today,i was ok with that and i informed him i will type it for myself. After paying for all services i realized i forgot to attached my ID,i ran back home to collect my ID and when i arrived they closed the door. on the Door there are opening and closing time,and contacts to call for emergency,i quickly called the cell number and a lady rep****. She said she will call and talk to them. Mr Wouter came to the door and told me he will not help me they are closed,he has to rush home to watch rugby game,i told him but its not 2 o'clock yet,to scan an ID wont even take 5minutes but he was really not interested. i told him what they are doing is not good customer services,but he showed no care and interest. then i recieve a call from the very same lady i called whose number appeared on the postnet blue valley door, i Told her i was not helped and she said "i cannot expect the shop to open just for 1 person". I then informed her that its ok il just report this experience on hello peter......her responds left me speechless. she said she is privately owned and i will not ruin her name and she will sue the **** out of me,and she hanged up,just like that i am really disappointed with the service i received at this place Postnet blue Valley. its Unfortunate that i didn't get her name,but she made it clear to me that she is the owner. so shocking indeed,really disappointing
