Postnet Bloemfontein Service

I would like to believe that it is safe to call the kind of service I witnessed at Postnet Bloemfontein "White"! All African ladies at this shop have got rotten attitude and stinking service, all four of them, including the pregnant one who seems to be in charge of the business.

First I greet with the highest pitch of my voice, standing next to the pregnant lady, she blatantly ignores me and continue with some paperwork whilst her friends are acting all deaf. She turn around almost immediately and entertained her white customers. In the meantime her tired looking friend who clearly doesn't look like she knows much calls me over for assistance. As I say it, she had no idea how to print copies from a flash drive without "Internet connection" because they are offline, that's what she told me.

Eventually one of her friends told her it was possible to make printouts without the Internet after the pregnant one added to her stupidity by saying it wasn't possible.

After printing I joined the queue and still witnessed the very same friendly attitude towards others and hostility towards the Africans customers. I felt sick because even the one who eventually decided to assist me also acted as if she was doing me a favour, and after closing my transaction she left me in a hurry to assist the Caucasian gent standing next to me. Only when she decided to tell me that she is finished with my transaction did I have to tell her that I was waiting for my proof of purchase. She then notified the pregnant one still wearing her attitude, and that one responded by saying 'he can wait...', which I did, for a good ten minutes (I hope you use your instore cameras to verify this).

That's when I decided to leave because I was really reaching a frustration point at that moment.

My request from you is to please email me my R37.00 proof of purchase as the documents which I printed belong to a company, and I promise to never bother myself with another visit to that store.
