Trying to call Postnet Elgin Mall to track my parcel and had an unfortunate experience of speaking with a lady named Yvonne who told me she is too busy to assist me therefore i should call the branch i sent the parcel with in order to get assistance. Just to track the parcel and she made it a big deal.

If that is how Postnet operate, it is really inconveniencing to your customers.
