Postnet - beyond shocking service!!!!!! If you can actually call what they do a service.

Second time I've used and paid for a PostNet delivery and second time they have not delivered on time. I am absolutely ****ed off beyond belief. I paid over R350 for a delivery to be done between 24 and 48 hours and as you are now finished for today, tomorrow will be the 4th day since sending my fragile item. The driver either went to the incorrect address or he **** when he said the customer wouldn't sign for the package. The customer said no package has come to their address. I waited on the ohine about 1.5 hours to try and sort out this mess, twice someone vowednto call me back and twice they didn't. Third time they did and PROMISED me delivery would be today. Well, guess what? No delivery. I want a full refund. The occasion, which the package was sent for, has now passed!!!!!!! I want feedback immediately. Disgusted with PostNet. I will NEVER EVER make use of them again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid Postnet like the plague.
