Postnet (benmore)- the ******* who take your money and do not provide the service

I sent Christmas cards overseas. 9 December was advertised as the last day for Christmas delivery by special courier and post. I paid over R30 per card (10 cards).

The cards arrived over 3 months later, apparently via the Czech Republic according to the postmark.

I have complained repeatedly who simply referred the matter to the branch who have never responded. To date I have not received any apology, explanation or refund.

Postnet should have a look at the definition of *****- this is a disgraceful organisation
