Postnet Bela Bela

Realy bad service, their vehicle was in a accident, they phoned me telling me the parcel i send was damaged, i asked them to phone my client and just explain the situation to my client seeing that my client is the one paying for their services. They refused to phone the client after i asked them twice. Ive been struggling 2 days now to be refunded and my client is waiting for her order, so she has to wait until i someday get refunded. I wil never use postnet again, I've been using them 2 years every month but will use the courier guy from now on. I send the head office a email about the service and didn't get any reply yet.
