Postnet ********* behavior!

Very poor experience. I paid for an overnight delivery to Dbn via Postnet to Postnet, they took the overnight amount. The product was not delivered overnight BUT I paid an overnight charge. I contacted them and they told me that I must look at their terms and conditions. This is ********* behavior from the business! One should not be ********* with the public on matters like this, transparency is important. I will not use them again for business.
