Postnet Beacon Bay

I'm not usually one to complain on public platforms, but I have been so frustrated by Postnet Beacon Bay the past week and a half, that I'm not sure what else to do. I would not recommend their courier service at all. First my collection order was cancelled for no reason, then it was untraceable. After cancelling the order and arranging for a friend to courier my parcel instead, the parcel (my husband's trade certificate) has arrived all bent and folded. I'm constantly just told by Postnet Beacon Bay to contact Aramex, despite the fact that it was postnet who I paid. Very disappointing.
