PostNet Ballito

First time I've used PostNet Ballito. First, the guy behind the counter has no idea what he is doing. Then he tells me my parcel has not arrived. He then hands me the file to locate it myself. After finding it he tells me they made a mix up with the Bag number and has actually given my parcel to someone else! Names and contact details are clearly written on parcels and yet he did not register the mistake... I had to get in contact with this guy myself and had to arrange for a swop out. I am disgusted with the poor service, lack of manners and also their mismanagement...
