Postnet bad service

My husband order a parcel from Uitenhage and was posted thru postnet. The parcel is now for seven (7) days in transit. We phone postnet customer services and all they say is the parcel is in transit. For 7 days, not even moved from town or depo! How is this possible?! Customer services now even block my husband phone number so he can't phone them any more. This is really bad service. We need the parcel urgently!!!
