Postnet Atterbury

I sent gift packages to my brides****s to ask them to be my brides****s. I used PostNet Atterbury as I had a good experience with them previously. This time around I told the lady at postnet that there's a glass and a glass bottle of fruit juice in and that it is fragile. This morning I received a call asking if they should still deliver the package to this specific lady because something broke and the box is wet. These boxes cost me R380 and the delivery fee to their homes cost me another R125 per box. So I spent a total of R505 per box (for the box and delivery) and PostNet tells me sorry, there's nothing we can do. They can't guarantee things not to break. I feel disappointed in this delivery as my brides**** doesn't get anything and I can't afford to buy a new box and courier it to her again. I expected more of you postnet, especially if we pay so much more to deliver to someones home address....
