Postnet as bad as the SAPO

With the dismal service by the SAPO we decided to go for a Postnet Box from Century City. It’s been almost 3 months and I’ve YET TO RECEIVE ONE ITEM. I’ve been waiting for my MV Licence since 10 January!!!

What they failed to mention when I enquired (and I explained the issue of lack of delivery by the SAPO so you would think that at that stage I would have been informed that they ALSO depend on the SAPO for delivery) is that:

1. You don’t actually have a BOX your mail just lies around at the back of the store as there are no physical boxes to be had and they have no idea when the ACTUAL boxes will arrive!!!

2. The fact that the mail is delivered to Chempet Post Office and then is collected from there!!

3. Don’t seem to see the urgency of the fact that we wouldn’t have paid for a service if there WASN’T GOING TO BE ANY SERVICE.

4. Cannot answer my question as to where exactly my mail has landed up other than to tell me TO CALL CHEMPET MYSELF!!! I’ve confirmed with the suppliers that my items have been posted to the Postnet Suite so already wasting my own money calling around?

Remind me again WHY WE PAID FOR A SERVICE IF THERE IS NONE???
