Postnet are the real *******!

I sent a parcel from Postnet at the Reef Mall to Postnet in Malvern Durban on the 19th March. On the 21st I received a phonecall from the Postnet at the Reef Mall saying that my parcel was burnt together with the truck enroute to durban, however it was insured so i should come into the store and fill out the claims form. The insurance company should pay out within 3 - 5 weeks.

Every time that i have popped by the store for feedback regarding my claim, Ive been sent away saying there is no feedback. Ive made various phone calls to aramex and postnet with no feedback or response.

Uptil now it is the 10th March, four months later, I still do not have feedback.

Absolutely disgusting service. Clients make a business successful not the other way around!!!
