Postnet are just a tip of the incompetence iceberg

Is there sane customer service anywhere in South Africa at present? I posted a parcel to Lusaka via Postnet at their Randsteam office last week Wednesday. I ve tried tracing it via their customer app and nothing shows. What is amazing is that when I phone their offices to find out what could be happening to my parcel the lady who answers says she is too busy to attend to me!!! Really? Why go into business if you cant serve your customers?
