Postnet aid and abet syndicates in committing crime?

I sent a parcel to the Springs Mall Postnet on 2021-06-07. Contents was one expensive Mag drill, and accessories, Selling price of R11000. Real value is close to 20K. The buyer sent proof of payment. As the payment has not been cleared the following day, I suspect a ****. No need to worry, the parcel was still "safely" in Postnet Springs Mall. Phoned The springs Postnet, asking the person not to deliver the parcel, until further notice. I got the impression that the employee did not take my inquiry seriously, and therefore sent a covering e-mail. The parcel was later delivered. They then had lots of spare time, to look up and see, on close-circuit television, how the ******** gladly took receipt of the parcel, with his **** ID. With hindsight, I now know that the employee never even bothered to write the particulars down. He simply did not care! The e-mail was only read after-hours. My e-mail complaining, also read after-hours! Postnet must have policies and procedures in place, regarding matters such as this. I get the impression that Postnet thinks, the fact that I fell for a ****, justifies their response to my complaint: None, what so ever! Very convenient, from their point of view. They knew that the parcel was going to be handed over to a crime syndicate. I told them so. Is this not from a legal point of view, aid and abet in the committing of a crime? I did not expect the employee to walk the extra mile, no, only two meters. To the nearest computer. To flag and stop delivery. 10 Kilo joules worth of effort, less than one minute spent. I was a paying customer, the last time I looked. When asking them to stop delivery, it was not exactly a request.
