POSTNET - absolutley NO SERVICE!

A package was send from Herm**** branch destined to Durban, but ended up in JHB. On friday the 7th of September we were promised by the lady at Herm**** branch that the package will be re directed to Durban, after given a very poor excuse of the reason this happened. Guess what .... its Wednesday the 12th & NOTHING have happened! Numerous call have been made, guess they DONT need the business!
