The lady at the postnet could not assist with insurance on the parcel I wanted to send She could not provide me with a name of the regional manager or any other manager. It did not appear that she had the resources to call anyone or if she knew how to deal with a dispute. I contacted the head office a day later and a gentleman promised to follow up and call me back. I have to date not received a call back
