Postnet

I sent a parcel to Midrand postnet. When it arrived the lady told the collector that the parcel is not there. I told him to go back to the store the lady just opened a book and said is not there. When I called after 30minutes the other one confirmed that my parcel was the on top of the table... When I called for second time to complain about how the receiver was treated. The lady laughed it off and hang up on me
