Postenet Whiteriver Crossing

Bad service

I would like to logged a complaint about service i received at White river crossing where a teller by the name of Buhle had denied me to take a parcel 📦 because of no mask which I adhere and went to the door. Ask to be served while i am outside i will call my number:

Dear Customer, your parcel PPA***, BN:2 is ready for collection at PostNet - Whiteriver crossing. A valid form of ID required to collect

She told the other cashier not to help me. I begged and explained that i have forgotten the mask at home becuase i use only cloth mask which i have left at home can i not be assisted standing outside she rudely refuse . My problem is that there a customer who had their mask on their chin and was been serviced . Please can you explain this to me how is this possible?
