Post NetWrong destination send to United Kingdom , must be New Zealand.

Parcel gone to the wrong destination. I send a parcel as an"internaional ordinary parcel' on 04/08/2018 from the Postnet Gonubie store. I was assured by them that it would not be routed through SA post Office. On tracking the parcel that was addressed to New Zealand, the destination shown is United Kingdom!!! It also went through SA post office!!! I have contacted. Postnet Head Office and I did not receive help. I have contacted the Gonubie Postnet office numerous times. Where is my parcel ??? What is its destination???
