Post NET worst idea

Terrible, used Post NET Nelspruit to courier a cellphone over night from Nelspruit to Krugersdorp to my parents with photos of my 3 year old they have never seen..... It's been 1 week and still no cellphone???? If you phone PostNet about the usue they say I must track them if I phone the tracking company they say it's the PostNet office..... Jesus there is a phone out there with over 300 photos of my daughter?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
