Post net take money to deliver in 24hrs but deliver 2days after

Morning

On Tuesday at around 14:23pm a package was shipped at Rosebank postnet to be delivered to me the next day being the 09th January 2019 at 11:00am. My contact details were on the paper given to them and me for shipment. It’s an urgent package hence we forwarded it to be sent through the next day morning and we paid worth that much. Yesterday I waited all day and I had to get busy but didn’t even go to work and they didn’t call or deliver, today I track it and it says delivery address problems. If that is the case why didn’t they call as my numbers were on that piece of paper? Am really ****ed.

That could have been medicine or anything very important and they still don’t deliver as per promised, am really upset honestly and now today I have to fly out to Cape Town at 2pm with the package and still they have not contacted me and I have no idea what’s going on. Please assist am frustrated.

No more, their service suck and it’s about to cause me more than what I paid for.
