Post Net not very accommodating to customer needs

To whoever needs to see this and receive this feedback:

I was at your Watergate Mitchell's Plain today ( Friday 6 December 2024) around noon and the store was closed. I understand that the store needs to be closed for religious reason (Mosque) but at least have one or two people available in store to assist customers. Not everyone has time and petrol to keep driving back. It inconvenient having to reschedule having to go there as we have other things to do and no time during the week to get to do these things. All I wanted to do was to collect a parcel that requested to have sent there. Very frustrating that the store was closed when most of the other stores at the centre are open for business.
