Post net nelspruit

I would just like to say that i am utterly disgusted with the way the store manger of post net nelspruit treats costumers.. i am a store owner and had my mom post 15 boxes of stock which is mostly simba chip box sizes from cape town to nelspruit the staff at parow centre are so helpful and accommadating helped my mom so much as i am waiting for parcels in nelspruit... staff member of parow centre informed me the following day that nelspruit branch refuse to accept the 15 boxes as nelspruit branch dont have space to accommade the boxes.. i have had a previous incident with the store manger from nelspruit i requested to speak to her to discuss business with her wanting to use post net as my courier company permantly i waited and waited that day so long she kept on telling the staff member tell the customer im busy but even the way she speaks to her staff is abruptly and loud she might aswell shout at them, she never made time to come and see me that day so i left.. regarding my 15 boxes which she didnt want to accept over the weekend i contacted her, to ask her if there is no way she could accomadate me as soon as boxes arrive i will collect it immediatly she refused ad said no.. i told her but you are refusing business for company she said * (WELL! IM NOT GETTING THE REVENUE, PAROW BRANCH IS BECAUSE WE HAVE FRANCHISE OWNERS THATS WHY I WONT ACCEPT YOUR BOXES..) So tell me why does post net advertise door to door and counter to counter if its all about the money to there so called franchise owners. Now i have to collect my boxes at the hub which is there docking delivert yard where they sort out the parcels.. i spent so much money on these boxes only to get this type of service and then the nelspruit manager still tells me u can phone head office im not scared.
