Post-Net is causing huge problems for this country. Loosing all faith in government owned services.

Postnet have lost my passport in their mailing.

The tracking number says my parcel is in Pretoria/Tshwane Mail Centre.

I have contacted them, they told me it would be a waste of time to look for my parcel and they are refusing the visa services to fetch my passport,

I now have to open a case of theft against them as they refuse to assist with finding my passport. I have had to wait for 3 months for the parcel to go from postnet Westville to pretoria. This is unacceptable because i paid for overnight shipping!

I may now loose my job overseas as the posting and lose of my passport has taken so long.

I now have to write an affidavit and lodge a case of theft against the post office for *****ing my passport. I have to pay again to do re-apply for my passport with penalties.

Please if anyone could assist me this will be much appreciated.
