Post Net incompetence

Post Net at President Hyper Krugersdorp I took a downloaded sewing pattern to them to copy. It would have fitted a 4 - 5 year old child. The person who helped me was unable to copy it to scale and proportion and what I got back would have fitted the Barbie doll. I had copied a sewing manual and asked a female working there to bind it. It was printed in "Landscape" format. She binds it in 'Portrait" and a lot of the instructions on the bottom of the page are now destroyed because of the binding holes. When I explained her incompetence to her, she has the nerve to tell me that I did not tell her what to do!!! REALLY!! Since when must the customers tell someone how to do their job? The impression that Post Net wants us to get of them is that they are second rate, and *********** and unfortunately that appears to be true. AND they still made me pay R93 for their services. That just took the cake!!
