Post net Hell!

I made a formal complaint about the manager of the Postnet Balfour Park branch. She lady is rude and very ill-mannered. She shouted at me for coming into the store without being “invited”, I told her that the lady supervising the cleaner outside had told me to come in, she then went on to tell that it was not that lady’s place to let me into her shop & I should have know . All this while shouting at me in front of my child as well as other customers. The exchange was absolutely disgusting and humiliating and I have never been treated like this by a service provider. If the documents I needed printed were not urgent, I would have walked out. But due to the importance I endured being treated like a child in front of everyone. I am absolutely disgusted by the way she handled the situation as it was completely unprofessional and disgusting. I am still very upset by it all.
