Post Net George bad service ignore customer.

Went to go and collect a parcel that was delivered in 3 to 4 working days This was now the 9th working day I walk into the shop and the staff behind the counter take note of me and continue joking and talking among themselves there were no other customers in the shop I say hello! can you help me please and the one staff looks at me and turns away chatting on the next lady I ask her look here are you going to help me now? eventually she listens. I tell her I am here to collect a parcel I have the tracking no. can you check, she says that I must first get a sms then she would check after begging her and telling her that the parcel was sent 11 days ago that it had to be there as it says 3 to 4 working days. I realized that this person just plainly did not want to help me and was not going to. Just a bad experience all I want now is to get my parcel which I am 100% sure is there and never ever again do business with Post Net again.
