Post-net customer service is the worst in SA

I personally think Post-net customer service is the worst in SA, i have send more then 15 mails no reply, phone them on *** and *** more then 100 times in the last 10 days no answer , just to find out where is my parcel that was send on the 6th of January 2026 from Pretoria to Malelane......
