To who ever cares....<br> <br> DEALING with post net <br> <br> I walked in to your store in kloof street to ask for bubble wrap the sales attended first ignored me and then told me i must wait while is colleague assist other people. After being rude and forgetting to scan all my things. He looks at me and say I must Smile... <br> <br> A) I have waited 20min to get bubble wrap <br> B) Didn't tell me how much it was before swiping my card <br> C)Forgot to ring everything up<br> <br> Then I called HO to complain a useless receptionist put me through to a lady that said i must email and i said no I wanna talk to someone. Then called reception again she asked where I was so I stated Cape Town and the lady gave me durbans number... when I voiced my frustrations she hanged up... <br> <br> Called again, and they didn't answer... Finally another women answer who gave me a another number that went no where. <br> <br> In the past this same post net has lost packages.... Sent fragile things up to me and was damaged. Why i choose to support them I just don't know... <br> <br> Francis Botha stop eating and pay attention to your store...
