Poor unreliable service.

Sent a document via PostNet (Waterkloof Ridge) on 9 Jan 2019 to the UK using the their Global Mail service. To date document has not arrived in the UK. On my enquiry with them, I was informed that they make use of Courier IT for this purpose. Also, if I need to send anything of importance, I should rather make use of the standard courier services.
