POOR SERVICE TO THE CORE!

2017/07/06 the postnet staff made my day awful when she denied me my parcel because of a minor mistake made by the sender, of which the staff had all the power to resolve that mistake with just a phone call but she refused to take responsibility and chose to ignore simple processing at the expense of the image of Postnet. I felt like I was in a government Post office with such a terrible service from the postnet staff who had no name tag, I could not even identify her name when I referred the matter to their head office. I had to describe her as she appears physically as a black female, which is not good because it may be interpreted as ****** or ***iest. That is one of the dangers of not having tags on staff members.

Anyway, after calling the headoffice of postnet, I spoke to Dave who easily helped me by just a phone call and all was resolved. Its a shame that the matter had to go to the headoffice of which the staff had every power to resolve it, but I will assume because of her lazyness or what ever reason , she chose to frustrate me and deny me my parcel. I wrote an email to the customer service of Postnet yesterday 2017-07-06 but until now there is no confirmation of receipt of the complaint or aknowledgement of the grieveince. This speaks volume about the way Postnet conduct their business. Private companies are more and more becoming like government companies lately and they do not distinct their service as they do previously. If this is the case I will go back to using government services because there is no difference.
