Poor Service from Pretoria

I was advised that my parcel would be delivered the next day. I went in early Monday morning and to date the parcel has still not been received. PostNet in Somerset West has tried in vain to locate the parcel. It's out for delivery is all they say. It's the Pretoria Office who just seems to know nothing. Tracking Number is PNA ***. I would appreciate a call from the Pretoria Office as a matter of URGENCY. This parcel has to be delivered today. I don't think Somerset West can do much more but I do hope so.
