Poor service from postnet

I was and still expecting a parcel which was sent via postnet last month (16/08/2024). As time went by (2 weeks after the parcel was sent), I tried tracking the parcel to check if it has been delivered or not. To my surprise it was delivered, and signed to confirm the reception of the package. No communication was made with me when the parcel was delivered but yet it was delivered anyway. Whenever I try calling them, they tell me on and the same thing, “we’ll get back to you after we’ve found the driver who was assigned for the delivery”.
