Poor service delivery

I posted a parcel at Postnet Jeffrey's Bay to Kathu on 24/10/2023. I requested over night delivery and was told it would take an extra day as it was in another region. I paid R245 for Express Courier, was informed the parcel would be delivered on 26/10/2023 by lunchtime.Today is the 27/10/2023 almost lunchtime and the parcel has not been delivered.
