Poor service & communication

Terrible service Tried to send a package from PTA to JHB on overnight express. Three days later the package still haven't arrived and no-one knows where it is. Will NOT recommend them as a courier service, stay far away if you value your property that you want to send via courier. Head office in Midrand does not even answer their phones so don't even bother. I will demand a full refund as they do not uphold their end of the agreement.
