POOR SERVICE

I posted two letters on the 08th of March 2020 via registered mail, when i tried to track the letters after 5 working days the site gave message that my letters are not registered or something like that. I called the branch where i posted at to query this and Thando could not give a logic explanation, could not even understand my simple query. I was assisted by Wally. Forest Hill Postnet is just unprofessional, just close it!!!
