Poor service

Postnet Woodhill "lost" my parcel in October 2020, after an employee of the branch signed the parcel into their store from Aramex couriers. Since then I spent hours at the branch, contacted head office, and spoke to the owner of the branch. Guess what, excuse after excuse and they still do not know where this parcel is. Who ever reads this, Courier Guy's price is cheaper, and their service is 100 times better. Postnet will never see me, my business, my business partners or customers again. Pathetic service...which we pay for!
