Poor service and poor customer service

I am horrified by PostNet Sunny Valley service.

I sent an overnight package with PostNet Sunny Valley.

The box of the sneakers got ruined when the package was received by my client, as if someone sat on the box.

The package was poorly handled and when asking PostNet Sun Valley, Adriaan Swarts about it, one simply I gets told "good luck if you can find a courier company that can ensure that your box stays in perfect order from start to finish."

Then what am I paying for?
