Poor Service and Lack of Accountability

Receive my greetings,

I was expecting a package which is containing serious documents for my employer and now I'm being **** to in different methods of which the package was supposed to being an overnight package and I've paid for the services (over night delivery) and now being told that the package is still somewhere in Gauteng (God knows where) and will only receive it in 48hours...

The whole thing doesn't make sense because ifever I wanted the 48 to 72 hours delivery services, I would have opted for that (because it's cheaper) and on top of that, the receiving branch have already received mails from as far as Benoni which where mailed on the same date as mine (2018.12.03), but I'm told other stories and all these packages were overnight deliveries... but knowing the urgency of the document, I opted for the over night (and paid more) and now being taken from pillar to post and stand to loosing my employment and income due to your guys *********** service...

I have an email snap shot of which the receiving branch got from one of your people in Polokwane which is attached above regarding the manner in which is totally unfair and seems like they don't care about us customers....
