Poor service

I'm so really disappointed at Postnet Rustenburg and Aramex, I've been waiting for an overnight delivery since Friday 21st May... Today's the 14th and it's excuse after excuse. You call and the consultants act like they don't hear you. Can you please return my parcel I'll go collect it and give a refund as well cause I've done nothing but waste my money on you!
